Terms & Refund Policy

These terms explain how consultations with Astrologer Naresh Kumar Sharma ("we", "us") work. By booking a consultation, you agree to them. They are written in plain language so they are easy to understand.

1. The service

• A personal 20-minute Vedic astrology (kundli / birth chart) consultation by phone or video call, in Hindi or English.
• You may ask about areas such as career, finance, health, marriage and family. Guidance may include simple, practical remedies.
• We do not sell gemstones (ratna), yantras or other products.
• Consultations are for adults (18 years or older). A parent or guardian may book on behalf of a minor.

2. Fees and payment

• India: ₹1,000 per 20-minute consultation. Outside India: USD 30 per 20-minute consultation (international bookings will open soon).
• A follow-up consultation is a new booking at the same fee.
• The full fee is paid in advance, online, through Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

3. Booking and scheduling (service delivery)

• After payment, you will see a booking form. Please enter your date, time and place of birth, your question, and your preferred mode (phone or video).
• Your kundli is studied before the call. Your call slot is available from 24 hours after booking; the exact time is agreed with you using the contact details you provide.
• The consultation is delivered as a live phone or video call. Nothing is shipped or delivered physically.
• Please make sure your birth details and contact details are correct. The reading depends on the information you give.

4. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

• To reschedule, please contact us through the booking-query contact details below as early as possible.
• Refunds are not given for dissatisfaction with a reading, because astrology is guidance and its outcome cannot be guaranteed.

5. Nature of astrology

• Astrology is offered for guidance only. Results are not guaranteed.
• Health-related readings are not medical advice. Please continue your doctor's treatment and never stop or change medicines based on a reading.
• For medical, legal or financial decisions, please consult a qualified professional.

6. Respectful conduct

We ask that calls be respectful on both sides. A call may be ended if it becomes abusive. Consultations may not be recorded by either side without the other's consent.

7. Privacy

Your birth details and questions are kept private and never shared. Please read our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of [City, State], India.
